North East Ambulance Service. NEAS have clearly linked e-KSF to Service Improvement, and have supported the e-KSF rollout with resources, clear leadership, and a focused project team. All appraisals are now completed on e-KSF, and staff report that they have clearer development and career progression opportunities. Click here to read more
Northumbria Healthcare Foundation Trust. Northumbria . Northumbria are using e-KSF to support the KSF review process for 6500 staff across 10 sites. The Trust started wtih pilots in Computer Services, then Corporate Units and through to Clinical Units. A two-year project plan started in 2008 will result in all appraisals being managed using e-KSF from January 2010. Click here to read more
