Using the e-KSF for Monitoring Reports

With Gateways becoming operational on the 1st October 2006 the Staff Council’s monitoring requirements (as set out in the Agenda for Change Agreement, Introduction, Chapter 10 and Annexe E) will increase In the January 2007 quarterly returns. Data will be required on the following areas:

  • Progress on KSF outlines
  • The use of the KSF and development reviews
  • The provision of support for training and development
  • The progression of staff through pay-band gateways

The good news is that if you are using e-KSF your e-KSF Administrators can generate reports with all the information that you are required to report on. Here’s how:

Within the “Organisational Set Up and Reports’ section of the Administrators home page click on ‘View Reports’ then ‘KSF Monitoring Reports’. Within the next pop up box are all the reports that you’ll need to complete the national monitoring requirements.

This report provides an overall summary of your progress against the KSF.
