e-KSF updated with new SHA structures for England

As I’m sure you know, the NHS has been undergoing a number of structural changes in England, including reconfiguration and renaming of SHAs. e-KSF is has been updated over Christmas to reflect these changes, with all organisations in England being moved under the new Strategic Health Authority / Special Health Authority structure.

If you’re in a local NHS organisation, this won’t affect your use of e-KSF at all – the only change to users is the new SHA name that will appear across the top of the e-KSF tool after login. If your employees are using self-registration on e-KSF, they’ll need to select their new SHA name from the registration menu.

Through 2007, we will also be working with PCTs that have been through reconfiguration, to update and merge their organisational data. Please take a look at our story in this newsletter for more on this.
