Removal of e-KSF Administrator Access Rights for Inactive Users

We have recently reviewed when individuals with e-KSF Administrator access rights last logged onto the e-KSF and found that there are a number of administrators who have not accessed the tool in the past 6 months. We know that in many cases this is because individuals are no longer in roles with this responsibility so, in line with good data protection practice, we plan to remove the e-KSF administration rights from accounts that have not been active in 2008, at the end of June unless we hear from you. So if you’ve not logged on to the tool this year and need to retain administrator access – please make sure you log on within the next 2 weeks!

If you’re a regular user of e-KSF, then don’t worry, you don’t need to do anything to retain your administrator rights, this won’t affect you at all.
