e-KSF User Group Meets to Discuss e-KSF Version 6 - November 2006
The e-KSF user group consists of around 30 NHS representatives who are actively and expertly using e-KSF. This group meets 2-3 times per year to provide advice and feedback to the e-KSF project team about future developments to the system. This group met at the end of November to discuss the upcoming plans for version 6.0 of e-KSF (to be launched in Spring 07). These discussions will help the e-KSF development team to make sure that the new features are truly valuable to organisations, and easy for you to use. The group discussed a wide range of topics including:
What IT departments need to know about e-KSF
What works, and what doesn’t, when training staff on e-KSF
How could e-KSF and KSF be used by non-Agenda for Change staff?
How should e-KSF be developed to allow one person to have multiple post outlines, and multiple reviewers/managers?
How should e-KSF be developed to cope with preceptorship in Band 5?
