New e-KSF Servers
e-KSF is now running on new, upgraded faster servers! We have an ongoing programme of upgrades to ensure that e-KSF runs smoothly, quickly and problem-free. This latest planned upgrade includes a major update to the software that stores and processes e-KSF data, as well as extra processing power and internet bandwidth. This means: a more stable system with fewer auto-logouts, faster response times and, behind the scenes, more efficient storage and retrieval of data. It will also allow us to more easily add additional servers and data storage devices in the future, as our e-KSF user population grows.
As the e-KSF system is accessible via your local organisation’s internet connection, the speed of operation is largely determined by the performance of this connection, as well as, to a lesser extent, the age and type of computer you have on your desk.
