e-KSF version 6.3 release notes.
e-KSF version 6.3 is due for release in Spring 2011. This important release will include enhancements to allow the e-KSF to fully support organisations that wish to make use of the new KSF guidance issued by the Staff Council. Please click here for a copy of the release notes.
The release will also include two powerful new processes to allow Managers and Administrators to centrally “push” PDP activities and objectives to their staff. We will also be introducing a core set of simplified and consistent reports, to make the e-KSF an even more powerful tool for tracking activities and achievements across your organisation.
Full user guides for these new features and information about how you can use them to support and add value to your current performance appraisal and KSF development processes, will be available closer to the launch.
New dates for the e-KSF/ ESR link in 2011
In 2006, the Department of Health funded a bi-directional data link between ESR and the e-KSF. This link is still supported and over 200 organisations have so far taken advantage of this free link. If you’re in England and not yet sharing data between your e-KSF and ESR systems, we think you should consider this - even if you’re not yet using the e-KSF. click here to see the dates and sign up.
